Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Speakly Mail. By connecting an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the terms of the email and calendar providers you connect.
Your accounts
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for keeping your device secure, and for actions performed through the app. You must have permission to access every connected mailbox and calendar.
Acceptable use
You may not use Speakly Mail to violate applicable law, send abusive or unlawful content, gain unauthorized access to another person's data, interfere with the service, or attempt to extract credentials or bypass provider security controls.
Provider services
Mail, calendar, contacts, authentication, and delivery depend on services operated by Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other providers. Their availability and policies are outside Speakly Mail's control. Provider permissions may be changed or revoked at any time.
Subscriptions and billing
Speakly Mail may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features. The selected plan, billing period, and current price are shown in the Apple purchase sheet before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. Apple processes subscription payments and refund requests under its terms and policies.
Beta software
Pre-release and TestFlight versions may contain defects, change without notice, or experience interruptions. Keep independent copies of important information and verify critical actions such as sending, deleting, or scheduling.
No professional advice
Summaries, classifications, reminders, and suggested actions are convenience features. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service, or when these terms are violated. You may stop using the app and disconnect your accounts at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Speakly Mail is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or from third-party service outages.
